The legal consulting and study service offers specialized assistance to companies and establishments through licensed attorneys from the Ministry of Justice in all legal aspects related to them. This is accomplished by conducting a case study and providing legal advice on various legal fields such as contracts, employment, rights and obligations, as well as a comprehensive study of the establishment to assess compliance with local laws and regulations. Recommendations and solutions are provided to rectify any issues that may arise.
- The consultation is provided within 1 to 3 business days based on the information available from the client.
- The legal case study of the establishment is provided immediately after responding to the evaluation form questions from the client.

- The client submits a request (Consultation / Case Study of Establishment / Company Formation Study) by contacting the Itqan Pro team and providing the necessary documents.
- After receiving the request, it is reviewed by the legal team

- Legal Consultations:
- Request for a detailed explanation of the consultation topic, outlining strengths and weaknesses
- All supporting documents related to the consultation topic.
- Study Compliance and Governance:
- The client responds to the questions in the questionnaire form to assess compliance with regulations in the establishment.
- Legal consultation is provided once a month.
- Legal case study of the establishment: The service is provided once with one review during the year.
- Company formation study: The service is provided once during the year.
Regulations
The regulation preparation service specializes in organizing the internal policies and procedures of the establishment in accordance with local laws. This includes drafting regulations for the establishment that define the rights and duties of employees, work policies, and codes of conduct.
- The preparation of the establishment's regulations takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on the size of the establishment.
- The client submits a request Preparation of the Regulation by contacting the Itqan Pro team.
- Basic information about the establishment is collected, and then the legal regulations are prepared based on the requirements.
- The regulation is presented to the client for review and approval.
- Copy of the Commercial Register.*
- Copy of the Articles of Incorporation / Bylaws.*
- A letter outlining the current mechanisms used in the establishment and the client's preferences.*
- Copy of the current regulations (if available).
- Supporting documents for the request.
- The service is provided once with the possibility of modifications during the year.
Contracts
- The legal contract preparation service includes creating a customized employment contract that complies with local laws, outlining the rights and duties of the employee and the employer, to ensure clarity of legal obligations between both parties.
- The service includes reviewing a commercial contract (franchise, supply, operation, transport, etc.) that has been prepared in advance by the client, with Itqan Pro's role limited to reviewing and legally refining the wording.
- The service includes drafting a commercial arbitration clause due to the importance of this clause in the event of a dispute—God forbid. The Itqan Pro team will draft the clause with professional legal wording.
- Preparing the employment contract takes 2 to 5 business days.
- Reviewing the commercial contract takes 2 to 5 business days.
- Drafting the arbitration clause takes 1 to 2 business days.
- The client submits a request for preparing an employment contract / reviewing a commercial contract / drafting an arbitration clause.
- The contract is prepared / reviewed / drafted according to the client's requirements and applicable laws.
- The contract is presented to the client for review and final approval.
